This challenge is called the cash raise, they are given some small items and the idea of the challenge is to trade it up for bigger items or more money. The team that is the most creative will end up banking some large profits. Similar to trading we are looking for their thought process, out the box thinking and project management. This week we see them dive headfirst into the uncomfortable phase of trading up.
