What is Volume in Forex Trading? PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VIDEO SO WE CAN DO MORE! Ways to gauge volume in the FX market. The foreign exchange market is basically decentralized meaning that there is no centralized exchanged. What does that mean to us traders in terms of volume? Volume is very easy to be verified in stocks but with forex it is different. If we look at TradingView we have a volume field; that volume originates from the feed that tradingview use. TradingView uses different brokers’ feeds… Can we rely on this volume to make decisions? If we are using VWAP (volume weighted average price) then perhaps we can utilise this as a representation.
